VINCITORE DEL CONCORSO PIANISTICO CHOPIN 2025
Eric Lu pianoforte

Lo scorso ottobre Eric Lu ha vinto la XIX edizione del prestigioso Concorso Chopin, “le Olimpiadi del pianoforte”. Nella storia della competizione che si tiene ogni 5 anni a Varsavia Eric, nato nel Massachusetts, è un vincitore particolare. Nell'edizione 2015 era arrivato al quarto posto; a 28 anni è già un concertista conosciuto in tutto il mondo e ha inciso 5 album; è il primo americano ad aggiudicarsi l'ambitissimo Premio dal 1970; nel 2018 aveva vinto il Leeds, altra grande competizione pianistica internazionale.
Siamo lieti di festeggiare il suo debutto a Vicenza, con un programma incentrato – naturalmente – sui capolavori di Chopin.
